Sadly I have to report the passing of ex FCMA Terry Clarke.Terry was terminally ill, and was transfered to St Lukes Hospice from Derriford hospital 5 days ago.
He passed away in his sleep at 0715 this morning 4th September 2011.

No further details at this time, i have his family address if required.
Terry spent a lot of his service career serving with The Royal Marines.

RIP Terry.

Terry was my boss at CTC with Rick Jolly as PMO, he was also SR Mess President at
RNH Plymouth when he was Captains Sec to Jim Cox. We had an epic run ashore in the Plymouth Gin Factory (one of many), where one mess member was fished out of the oggin, Terry remarked that he'd deserved to fall in for asking too many questions during the pre-drinks distillery tour!
He was the best boss I ever had and respected by everyone who served with him.

We drove daily from Plympton to CTC and shared many a laugh.

I pitied anyone who criticised his Sick Bay staff there!

He'd earned respect from the RN & RM and was decorated for his Malayan service, one of the few medics remaining with jungle conflict experience.

I am proud to have known him and shall remember him fondly.

My sincerest heartfelt condolences to his wife Jacquie.

RIP Terry
